We are a Philadelphia-based mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering firm with project experience in pharmaceutical, health care, college & university, K–12, corporate, retail and luxury residential markets.

A principal-led firm, we take great pride in providing a unique, client-focused attitude in concert with a strong “architectural eye” leading to dynamic and cost-effective project results. We have found that by maintaining principal involvement through all project phases yields highly coordinated designs which minimizes problems during construction.

In addition to the standard MEP/FP consulting engineering services, we practice certain specialty engineering services. From sophisticated lighting design and custom 3-D animated renderings, which help the team and the client to visualize the architectural design, to computational fluid dynamic modeling for challenging airborne contamination control problems, we bring sophisticated analysis techniques to every situation.
